    Your assigned Agent will manage your daily tasks according to the agreed service plan. If your Agent is temporarily unavailable, our cross-trained team provides stand-in support, ensuring uninterrupted service and consistent quality.

  4. Additional Expertise as Needed
    For specialized tasks, your Account Manager may bring in external specialists, carefully selected to meet BTS’s high standards. You’ll always be informed upfront of any additional costs or project needs.

  5. Transparent Communication & Billing
    We keep you informed at every step, with regular updates on your retainer usage. Monthly billing is clear and straightforward, detailing hours used and any additional support provided. We’re committed to making sure you maximize the value of your plan.
