8. What happens if my Agent is unavailable?
If your assigned Agent is unavailable, a trained stand-in from our team will step in to ensure uninterrupted service. Your Account Manager will oversee the transition to maintain consistency and quality.
Billing & Payments
9. How does billing work?
Billing is simple and transparent. You’ll receive a monthly invoice that details the hours used and any additional services provided. If you exceed your retainer hours, you’ll be billed at an hourly rate for the additional time.
10. Are there any hidden fees?
No, our pricing is upfront and transparent. If external specialists or additional services are required, you’ll be informed in advance, and no charges will be made without your approval.
11. What happens to unused retainer hours?
We encourage you to use your retainer hours each month. While we’ll work with you to maximize their use, hours do not roll over to the following month.
